The Account export data fields listed in this table are also available through the APS Export Usage API (Business Success Plan only).

 

Update: There have been changes to column names in the Usage report. If you use macros or automations based on column names, please review the breakdown of changes at the bottom of this page.

Note: When you turn off the personal data (PII) reporting option in your team settings, all data fields that contain personally identifiable information for your authorized users will show a unique hashed_autodesk_id code.

 

Updates to column names in the Usage report

 

The most important column name changes are:

  • offering_name changed to Product
  • product_name changed to Feature

Other name changes represent more customer-friendly terms.

  • days_inactive changed to Days inactive
  • days_used changed to Days used
  • first_name changed to First name
  • last_accessed changed to Last accessed
  • last_name changed to Last name
  • monthly_average changed to Monthly average
  • seat_assignment changed to Seat assignment
  • team_alias changed to Team
  • tokens_used changed to Tokens used
  • unassigned_date changed to Unassigned date
  • user_activity changed to User activity
  • version changed to Version

Removed column name

  • access_method

Additionally, we changed the date format for Assigned date and Unassigned date in the Usage report to a simpler mm/dd/yyyy format.
