In this module, you will learn how facility sections can be defined within an existing Revit model using 3D views. For the purposes of operations layout and planning, this process allows us to share specific portions of the Revit model to design teams collaborating on the factory design project. 

This module takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. By the end of the module, you should be able to: 

  • Understand the different types of 3D views within Revit 
  • Create different 3D views for the entire building, or facility sections
