Identify current CCTV surveys in InfoAsset Manager

Determine the most recent CCTV survey in your network using different methods.

Identify current CCTV surveys in InfoAsset Manager

When working with multiple CCTV surveys, it is important to identify the most recent survey. When pipe conditions are being updated from CCTV survey data, InfoAsset Manager transfers the latest condition information from CCTV survey objects to the corresponding pipes.

The Current field for the most recent survey is selected, while the Current field is deselected for surveys previously used to update the network.

There are several ways to view which CCTV survey is the most recent.

  • In a survey grid window, on the CCTV tab, the Current column identifies the most recent rows with an X.

  • On a CCTV property sheet, on the Definition tab, the Current field distinguishes between newly added surveys and those that have already been processed.

  • When using the SQL tool, query the current field using Current = 1.
