In this module, you'll see how Cost Management workflows keep stakeholders aligned and create a reliable trail of project documentation from approvals to award and issuance milestones.

After completing this module, you’ll be able to:

• Assemble bid packages.
• Build and track cash-flow models against schedule.
• Understand permitting in construction.
