Create custom bridge parts in Inventor

Parametric sketching in Inventor makes it easy to modify models. If you will be making many components with similar geometry, you can accelerate the process by creating templates that include the parameters you require in a template.

 

This module takes approximately 25 minutes to complete. By the end of the module, you should be able to: 

• Create sketches using parameters included in a template 
• Develop the sketches required for the design 
• Test the model parameters using a form 
• Export Data for use in InfraWorks 

Module pre-requisites

This module requires user-level knowledge of Inventor and is focused on best practices and its industry applications. If you don't have experiences with this product, we recommend you to take foundational training using one of the resources below:
