CAM additive manufacturing

Course overview

Learn to create a CAM setup for additive manufacturing or 3D printing. The Manufacture workspace will allow you to select a specific machine and define all parameters of the machine motion, material being used, and the supports required to 3D print your parts. You'll learn to validate the print with simulation and export the code to a 3D printer.

After completing this course, you’ll be able to:

  • Create a new CAM setup for additive.
  • Define custom material properties.
  • Simulate additive toolpaths.
  • Export G-code for a 3D printer.
