Capital Group has dominated the domestic market for production of electric multiple units, production and modernization of electric locomotives and modernization of diesel locomotives. Maintaining such a position in the market requires a group of 150 engineers working on several projects simultaneously.

NEWAG IP has started the implementation of software supporting the process of human resources management - PLM system (Fusion 360 Manage) by Autodesk, which integrates people, data and processes in the company. The choice of this solution was determined by easy implementation and quick adaptation of existing processes without costly employee training.

The company wanted to develop a method of cooperation that would streamline the design process at the stage of construction design, detailed design and coordination of progress on site. The first stage of work, which included an analysis of the plot's potential, was very important for the whole project. Among other things, at this stage of work, drone flights were made on the basis of which a numerical model of the terrain was created using Civil 3D software. The file transferred to Autodesk Revit allowed the conceptual work to begin with a complete set of key information.
