When working in InfoSurge Pro, it is necessary to complete a successful steady state analysis before attempting to run a surge analysis.

To run a steady state analysis:

In the ArcGIS interface with InfoWater Pro initialized, in the Model Explorer, the Run Manager button being selected and highlighted in red.

In the Run Manager dialog box, Standard tab, next to the Time Setting field, click More (…).
