Module overview
Construction projects require careful coordination of time, resources, and budget. In this module, you’ll explore the fundamentals of project scheduling and cost control. You’ll learn about the Critical Path Method (CPM), how schedules are developed and analyzed, and how cost tracking supports successful project delivery. This foundation will prepare you for model-based planning and control in later modules.
In this module, you’ll learn how to:
- Explain key scheduling concepts including activities, logic, float, and critical path.
- Describe how cost control supports planning and project performance.
- Understand how time and cost integrate with scope in BIM-based project workflows.
