In a digital environment it becomes possible to link data together to make it easier to find the information you need as the project progresses. Instead of having documents with statements like “see the construction drawings” you can add clickable links that directly open the plan sheet that contains the referenced information. Safety markups on the plan sheets can also be linked back to documents stored in Files to allow people to click and retrieve critical information without having to guess where its stored.
