This course introduces modern construction management practices using Forma Build. Students will learn how to manage project documents, track and resolve issues, process RFIs and submittals, run effective meetings, and generate project reports — all within a connected digital platform that supports collaboration, accountability, and transparency.

You’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of construction management. You will discover how project documentation, communication, and accountability are managed throughout the lifecycle of a project. Next, you will explore Build’s tools for document control, issue tracking, and information management. You’ll also practice creating and managing RFIs and submittals, create meeting minutes, and generating reports that keep stakeholders aligned.

By the end of this course, you will be able to manage project information effectively in Build to support better collaboration, accountability, and project success.

Create, route, and close RFIs and submittals.

Develop and manage punch lists during project closeout.
