Estimating plays a critical role in the planning and execution of construction projects. Accurate estimates help ensure that projects are feasible, properly budgeted, and delivered on time and within scope. In this module, you will learn how estimating supports decision-making throughout the project lifecycle, explore the different types of estimates used at various stages, and understand how quantities, costs, and risks are calculated and applied.
