All source materials were uploaded directly to the ioFM platform, and the resulting models are hosted in the ioFM Web App. With built-in plan and scan import functionality, the facility management team can continuously enrich the dataset and add new documentation whenever needed.
A key component of this implementation was the integration with the existing Esri ArcGIS environment. ioFM processes the source documents and prepares them for direct import into ArcGIS. This enables users across different roles and applications to access and visualize portfolio, site, and building information in both 2D and 3D. Building data, maintenance data, and space information are consistently linked and accessible through ArcGIS. Media breaks and system switches are eliminated — decisions are based on a unified, up-to-date digital twin.
