Perfect Tools Moulds Factory (PTMF) is a global commercial tool room and machine shop. Project goals

PTMF had four primary goals: 1) Streamline NC program generation for all CNC machines using a single CAM software. 2) To have access to reliable post processors for complex 6 Axis Mill Turn and 5 Axis Milling Machines. 3) Identify areas within current production setup and implement efficient programming techniques to save time and cost. 4) Deliver inhouse training for staff and after sales support towards programming of complex designs.
