Spectrum Hydraulics was established in Nov 2005 and provides high quality hydraulics spares and services in the field of Seals including Rotary and Reciprocating motion applications. Over time, the company’s activities have expanded to cover sales and servicing of Oil Contamination Management Solutions, manufacturing/refurbishment of Hydraulic Cylinders and Power Packs, and supply of mechanical spares and accessories besides providing bespoke solutions for customers through automation.
Spectrum Hydraulics has a fully equipped facility in Ajman for manufacturing and/or refurbishing hydraulic cylinders and power packs besides undertaking the manufacturing of engineering accessories. With the company receiving regular 2D designs from customers, the customer recognized a need to streamline their design development with a cost effective yet powerful and scalable solution.

4) Deliver in-house training for staff and after-sales support.
After an initial meeting and review, Deltron quickly set out by meeting with management at Spectrum Hydraulics and team, conducting a detailed demonstration of Autodesk Fusion 360, and highlighting the value addition by getting associated with Deltron.
By implementing Fusion 360, Deltron was able to offer Spectrum Hydraulics a world class design software solution which not only was easy to use but additionally offered the power of a cloud-based platform. This solution enabled the customer with additional tools for online collaboration at no extra cost.
Switching to Autodesk Fusion 360 helped Spectrum Hydraulics find a reliable design solution that meets the ever-growing demand from customers to get complex designs created in the minimum possible time. Utilizing the power of Fusion 360, Spectrum Hydraulics has now been able to generate tooling from 3D designs with ease, thereby reducing cycle time for manufacturing.
