Solutions implemented included: 1) Navisworks is utilized to detect clash reports and provide 4D and 5D simulations 2) BIM 360 Design assists project participants to collaborate simultaneously at the same time 3) BIM 360 Docs is considered the CDE platform that played a vital role in gathering all data on the same layer

Business outcome

As a result of the project, Modelers are trained, qualified and familiar in working with cloud solutions including BIM 360 Design and BIM 360 Docs. Now, a Record model with LOD 500 is generated to be utilized further in facility management purposes. Finally, using Autodesk Revit along with Navisworks has reduced the issues identified by 50%.

Conclusion

Such "Mega" projects should be BIM model-based to reduce time and cost from the conceptual design phase through handover and operations.
