BIM migration accelerated with Autodesk AEC Collection

BIM migration accelerated with Autodesk AEC Collection

Customer challenge

Studio 13, which usually produces architectural projects, wanted to move from 2D design to 3D design to speed up design processes, make better visual work, and produce and use BIM data in their projects.

Project goals

Enable the customer to actively use the Autodesk AEC Collection family of products to save time and produce more projects. Take advantage of all the necessary features of Autodesk Revit, the main component of the package.

Solution

With the demo made to them, the products in the Autodesk AEC package were introduced in detail. Former AutoCAD users were given Autodesk Revit Architecture training. Support was provided for the creation of own design libraries in the Revit environment.

Business outcome

The client was an existing AutoCAD user, they effectively implemented BIM into their project using the advantages of the Revit and AEC Collection package. In addition, with 3dsMax in the package, the produced models were visualized and photorealistic images were obtained.

Conclusion

This transition, which started with a few people from the team, is progressing day by day. Soon the entire design team will be involved in the process. All our products are given the regular support they need. Our customer is pleased to have received software and training support from Artı ve Artı.

Sunroof System Dynamics Made More Efficient with Autodesk

Kayra Metal were using Product Design Suite 2015 product. Because they did most of their projects on AutoCAD, their parametric designs and assemblies were not organized. Our customer wanted to design regular part designs, create assembly structures and to be able to operate the mobile systems in these assemblies. Since they usually produce aluminum profiles with special sections, they needed to create their own profile libraries and perform load analysis on the design.

Defense Industry Design and Simulation Project

M-D2 used Inventor 2012. They had problems with the high-assembled parts and the up-to-date data. They were using older workstation computers created for the 2012 version. They needed simulation and dynamic testing of the damping element that they developed for the rocket project with the defense industry.

Engineering analysis with Autodesk CFD for fire hydrant alarm

In the event of a fire, StepsenS had to perform safe flow analysis for sensors that would operate under high temperature and in a high-pressure water line.
