明泰實業既有的 HyperPDM 系統，可對 2D DWG / 3D Inventor 圖面進行基本管理，執行檢視圖面、審核、發行....等流程。此系統在明泰研發單位與管理單位執行多年，目前也管控許多研發內重要文件。

互助營造_以AUTODESK解決方案搭配ACC 雲端平台，讓現場工務與內業BIM信息同步
互助營造原使用AUTOCAD施工圖面給現場人員做為施工圖面的依據使用，但常發現有下列問題：1. 2D圖面版本來源不一致性2 .2D繪製施工圖所要表達的資訊,傳遞給現場人員有嚴重資訊落差,必須有效及重複導讀圖面，無法讓工程師拿到圖面很迅速了解圖面內容有鑑於此，從開始使用REVIT軟體後，在施工前以3D視覺化方式溝通討論介面衝突問題的解決機制，讓討論更有效率，且利用模型產出施工圖，能確保平、立、剖圖的一致性，使同仁能更有效率地面對頻繁設計變更的挑戰。然而隨著國內BIM技術與應用逐漸成熟普及，業主對於竣工交付模型的標準也日益提高。
