Meinherdt Pvt. Ltd is working on leading projects, and they were facing challenge in coordinating with the project team, for sharing the project files, and managing the issues with multiple disciplines internally and external team. They wanted a solution which an help on real-time coordination with the project team members and it should be easy to implement.

Project goals

With the help of Autodesk solutions, Goodwill Team has some few goals in mind such as establish a Unified Platform for the client to for project collaboration and coordination with all the project stake holders. Next would be an easy and quick access to the projects while accessing from the remote location. In addition to that, able to reduce the time spend during the data sharing, review, and change management.

Solution

Goodwill Team conducted a discovery workshop with the client to understand the challenges and customer requirements, based on the workshop findings, we have defined the workflow based on ACC Unified Platform. Pilot Project was initiated including all the key project stake holders and the new workflow was optimized based on the project team feedback. The training and Implementation was done based on the new workflow with Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro & Autodesk Revit.

Business outcome

Meinherdt was able to initiate new projects on the ACC Unified Platform, which helped the client to collaborate with all the stakeholders and the project coordination became more faster and quicker. The platform provided complete transparency of the project in terms of the collaboration and coordination workflow. ACC Platform helped to reduce the time on data sharing/ review and commenting.

Conclusion

Goodwill Team was successful in defining & setting up the collaboration workflow based on Meinherdt Project requirements. The Team helped the client by means of training, workshops & project handholding, regular follow-up meetings were done to enable the client.
