The team had a great experience working on such a robust tool and found the implementation extremely resourceful. Truck Measurement System and Sampling Collection System
With Prefect Hydraulics Pvt Ltd, the Application had challenges in Assembly and Integration. Aggregates from various Parties were used to make this Hydraulic System. The necessity was to have a mock assembly before we take up the actual assembly. Autodesk products helped us to visit and make a 3D drawing which helped us to visualize the Product Assembly and avoid last-minute surprises which could have cost dearly in the Project. We were able to carry out assembly and testing activities much faster and deliver the system on time.
MINERAL PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
The products for which the Autodesk Inventor CAD tool was used were magnetic separators, heavy media drums, centrifuges, and sampler machines. For product development and design, Inventor comes in very handy to determine interferences and eliminate them using the tested and successful model for different sizes without much difficulty. The main advantages are in converting the concept into a design, reviewing the model, making necessary changes, and developing prototypes for testing.
