The primary project goal was to integrate BIM technology in the work process and use the whole capacity of their office machines to help Autodesk Products deliver a faster output.
The company did have new employees that were aware of the market for new technology, so we thought of using the new employees to become the ones to help adopt their BIM transition quickly as they were in need of a little guidance for the new workflow.
As we have started implementing Autodesk BIM solutions (including Revit, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, and more from the AEC Collection), the new employees did lead the way to a smooth transition from CAD to BIM. The Office implemented new standards for the older employees which resulted in an enhanced workflow, from concept design to documents, and much improved collaboration between the teams.
