We established the BIM department in order to enhance coordination between departments and we choose the products in the Autodesk Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection as a great solution for us. We created a family Revit library for our company. With the family Autodesk Revit library, we can speed up our work.
We create BIM models in Architecture, Structure, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting). Autodesk Revit helps us to create 3D models and 2D drawings if we change anything everything is automatically updated. we also use Autodesk Navisworks to check clash detection and export reports for all departments.
In addition, during the project bidding process, we use Revit to build 3D models and Autodesk 3Ds Max to render 3D models. An efficient workflow that helped them increase productivity, improve collaboration, higher quality and lower costs.
The application of advanced techniques such as Autodesk REVIT, 3D and BIM in workload calculation, shop drawing, work schedule management, order placement, operation, and maintenance, etc... in order to closely coordinate with all disciplines from the very beginning of the project, we has helped COFICO complete products of high technical quality. high art and aesthetics before handing it over to the investor.

Tackle Complex Surfaces with Autodesk PowerMill Advanced Toolpaths
Kenstone was dealing with complex shapes for their jigs and fixtures to support assembly. The existing CAM solution that the customer is using cannot fulfill the need for a solution to tackle complex shapes and quickly generate toolpaths for CNC machines. Dealing with numerous parts that needed to be machined required a shortened lead time for programming and machining. Especially the complex shapes must be in good surface quality. Autodesk PowerMill was identified to likely be the best solution that solved both the important time and quality need. Moreover, the possibility of automated programming will be a big advantage to achieve more production.
