The aim of the project was to process data from modern electronic total stations and GNSS systems. The transmitted data from the head office of KMG required to be automatically rendered, as well as to form a terrain model and a digital terrain model. Also, KMG Engineering was given the task of preparing the received data for compliance with the current rules and internal guests for the design of cartographic products.

After analysing the task, it was decided to use the Autodesk Civil 3D software, since this product covered most of the needs that arose during the analysis of the project implementation.
