NTR, a technology company specializing in Electrical Engineering, purchased AutoCAD software to be used by their electrical designers and Engineers, mainly to create and modify electrical control systems, designing wiring systems and circuiting for their Electrical design projects. Initially, they were using Microsoft Visio to do their electrical designs and wiring diagrams for their projects. They faced challenges with documenting their designs and eliminating errors when using Visio. Cougar supplied AutoCAD (Including the Specialized Toolsets), to meet their needs. An AutoCAD Electrical Fundamentals course was also offered for four days, to equip their Electrical Engineering personnel with skills required to use the AutoCAD Electrical toolsets.
Supply of the software solution and training was successfully done. Customer was able leverage the toolsets to work on various projects. The purpose-built electrical design tools helped to eliminate errors and provide accurate information in the client's Electrical Design projects.
With expert services provided by Cougar, the supply of the right software solution and AutoCAD Electrical Fundamentals training were done within 4 working days. The Electrical Engineering personnel were equipped with the skills needed to create electrical designs and were able to use the software to complete projects.
