Issues were assigned as tasks to their appropriate Field Supervisor and/or appropriate Team and monitoring was enabled throughout the resolution process. Once issues were closed, reporting was created to provide the necessary feedback to the owners/tenants for job completion. Training was also provided on recording field crew attendance, weather reports and reading/creating charts via the Insight Module.

By implementing Autodesk Build, the Chief Engineers started gaining insights of their various project site activities without travelling to all job locations. Also, STG told us that this platform reduced the number of calls and meetings with their (various) internal and external teams on a daily basis. STG can now see all issue entries and closings, comments, and daily attendance logs in the Autodesk Build tool and their top management also was enabled to monitor their project’s health through the Build Tools. By implementing Autodesk Build, STG saved lots of time on follow-up calls, physical team meeting requirements, having to send reminders, and reduced the travel required to various site locations. Ultimately, all such reductions started showing in their business profit and happiness index.
