CYCLO is one of first studio which specialized in TVC, TV and game in Vietnam. Due to COVID, the company had many new projects, with both external and internal teams working from home, meeting deadlines was difficult. Communication and project management was their primary problem causing deadlines to be missed. CYCLO wanted to invest in new software that would adapt to their requirements and sync data. They looked into Autodesk M&E collection, Autodesk Maya and Adobe Photoshop to upgrade their performance and save time in management.
They had many requirement, such as improving the communication process (Users, supervisors, managers, and other departments), following deadline and syncing data. In addition to that, the ability to enhance the work process to avoid wasting time. Finally, they had to follow deadlines to ensure all projects were completed on time.

This solution was perfect for them to control the data, manage to add and comment on the tasks internally and follow the deadlines on time. This software not only fixed their issues but also improved their communication to avoid wasting time in the process. They can work from anywhere and follow the tasks and deadline by using Autodesk ShotGrid with other software such as, Autodesk Maya, M&E collection and Autodesk 3Ds Max.
