For designing & modelling for MEP domain team explored Autodesk products and BIM Software’s. Starting from schematic Autodesk AutoCAD for generating designs and layout and Autodesk Dynamo for automation.
Implemented Autodesk Revit for the usage of 3D BIM modelling, interference check for evaluating clashes with other disciplines & for co-ordination review defined detailed workflow in Autodesk Navisworks.
To centralize the data & to connect the teams on a single platform, Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro was introduced to ensure easy communication.
BDHM Team used dynamo for Automating repetitive tasks such as, Project sheet & view setup, adding multiple shared parameters in one go, Filling up title block parameters.
By adopting Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks and Autodesk Dynamo successful designing of the Airport terminal of 150000 square feet was completed.
Team was able to achieve clash free BIM models for the site team to execute efficiently & effectively and was able to save time along with maintaining productivity and standards with ISO folder structure using BIM.
Team has saved hundreds of hours’ worth of work by utilizing dynamo software introduced by BIMAGE Consulting team. The sheet views setup task was outlined to take around 50 hours which was reduced down to 2 hours using Dynamo scripts.
The BIMAGE Consulting team offered quick support when needed on live project. Autodesk AEC software collection and Autodesk BIM360 enabled production easier.

SmartCADD Engineering Services is a well-established, well respected engineering firm based out of Auckland and Ahmedabad dealing mainly in Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire and Electrical. In this Healthcare project, they had to arrange temporary facility of 1000 beds at the quarantine center within short period of time.
