East Delta had a huge design and construction team, and wanted to migrate from using CAD to BIM solutions as they were facing tight deadline schedules. Working with CAD solutions was not enough as it resulted in workflow errors which are critical for meeting the tight project deadlines.
The primary project goal was to add the BIM solutions in their critical business processes, and to deliver a seamless workflow with a minimal amount of errors.
Autodesk Solution Provider Grapheast trained their existing staff on the new BIM solutions from the Autodesk Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Collection and guided them on improving the collaboration between their team.
The Autodesk solutions and Grapheast services delivered did result in a better connection between their teams as all their work was updated to a single Revit File from concept to design to construction and operations, and that outcome resulted in a minimum amount of errors, and faster job delivery.
The East Delta team was stunned by the transition that the Autodesk solutions and Grapheast services offered to them as it allowed them to use their skills more quickly with faster project deliveries and minimal error rates.
