Project goals

El cliente tenía que relevar una faja de carretera, unos 60 metros a cada lado del eje para obtener perfiles y un proyecto de trazado para llevarlo a una fresadora. Para eso se utilizó un scanner móvil ( Pegasus II de Leica). Ese trabajo debía hacerse rápidamente y mucho más, el proyecto para el fresado. Para eso, las herramientas de Autodesk fueron ideales por la gran compatibilidad entre el dispositivo del cliente y justamente Autodesk. Una vez descargado el relevamiento, el mismo se trató con la AEC Collection y particularmente el diseño en Autodesk Civil 3D. La generación del archivo de superficie ( XML) es ideal por ser nativamente leído por la máquina fresadora mencionada. Asimismo las otras utilidades relevadas se llevaron a plataformas compatibles con SIG para otros propósitos. Por lo tanto lo prioritario era el plazo, la precisión en el relevamiento y las ediciones a realizar en el actual trazado. También el proceso de campo a oficina y viceversa.

Solution

AEC Collection / Autodesk Civil 3D / Se brindó servicio de capacitación a los funcionarios; configuraciones y ejemplos en los primeros pasos de como trabajar la información proveniente del campo. Se comenzó desde la generación de los puntos COGO, superficies, alineamientos, perfiles altimétricos, secciones transversales, intersecciones y volúmenes. Se enseñó el uso de Autodesk Recap a efectos de limpiar la nube de puntos.

Business outcome

Se entregaron los proyectos en fecha. Se logró un buen uso por la gran parte del personal. La compatibilidad con máquinas de terceros fue total ya que las mismas leen nativamente los archivos XML de Autodesk Civil.

Conclusion

Se lograron para el cliente nuevos contratos en vías importantes, carreteras, aeropuertos. La posibilidad de compartir archivos y colaborar fue única.
