본 프로젝트의 목표는 Autodesk M&E Collection을 기반으로 게임 제작 Workflow를 안정적으로 정립하는 것입니다.
게임 엔진 변경에 따른 빠른 제작 환경 세팅을 위하여 3ds Max 기반에서 Autodesk M&E Collection으로 Workflow를 정립하였습니다.
Concept Art → Modeling & Texturing → Animation/ Rigging → Effect → Game Engine 의 Workflow에 맞추어, Autodesk M&E Collection의 3ds Max & Maya 및 MotionBuilder를 활용한 제작 환경 개선을 진행하였습니다. 또한 Maya의 Unreal Live link를 활용해서 게임 엔진 연동을 바로 할 수 있도록 적용하였습니다.
고객의 Autodesk M&E Collection 도입은 게임 제작 환경에서 여러가지로 발생될 수 있는 변화와 변수를 곧바로 대응할 수 있도록 하여 결과적으로 제작 시간을 단축할 수 있도록 하였습니다.
실제 제품을 활용한 Workflow를 보면 생산성을 개선 및 향상시킬 수 있는 방법들이 많이 있습니다. 기존의 Workflow를 개선하기 위해서 단순 기술 제공보다는, Autodesk M&E Collection에 포함된 Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya 등의 제품 특색에 맞추어 교육 및 지원을 통하여 기술 노하우를 축적할 수 있게 하였습니다.
