All their existing products are quality checked by outsourcing the CMM inspections.
Now IBCC is in expansion phase and developing their own quality team and CMM processes.
To increase the product development process, decisions have to be made sooner and precise which eventually leads to faster production and on time product delivery.

Autodesk Solution Provider USAM pitched into and studied the situation.
They had a older infinite Romer machine which hexagon has announced end of life. But we have to implement a inspection product with this as a challenge. Autodesk Fusion 360 with PowerInspect can help them to minimise long setup times and save time in highlighting problems earlier.
We found a workaround to successfully integrate the 2014 Romer Arm with PowerInspect and delivered a POC for one of their critical part. This made them confident about the product as well as USAM's capability. Later, we also trained their team to work on the software.
IBCC was able to:

4) Gain better real-time visibility.
