Jendamark have expanded their digital manufacturing technologies and also ventured into power electronics assembly systems for the electric vehicle market. Jendamark was now exploring alternative options for programming software in their Machine Shop.
Pulley Design Optimisation
Melco Conveyor Equipment design and model specific components with inventor. Following which they generate shop detail drawings. The shop detail drawings would be used to remodel the design or component in order for them to generate a suitable G-code. Based on the order book, and complexity this information transfer would take approximately half a production day, to “line-up” different design and to ensure all machines are loaded. The transfer of data left Melco Conveyor Equipment exposed to mistakes/errors and high scrap percentages.

Customer was using a competitor product that they felt was not as efficient as required. Customer required quick design to Autodesk CAM to production within an environment that tracks and includes updates in real-time (time is money).
