They were interested in implementing BIM processes to improve their multidisciplinary workflow and outline an integrated process functional to the management and monitoring of the entire life cycle of the projects. Furthermore, the mandatory BIM legislation imposed the acceleration of the process already underway, emphasizing the need for investment in new resources, training, and technology.

Ronzoni wanted to move to a full BIM strategy to meet the market requirements in term of new opportunities in public works.
