As it stands, PT Sanggar Sarana Baja used Vault to centralise data and life cycle, so the basic objective was achieved. The next step was the integration of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The customer wanted to simulate some of the most optimal layouts to help the user calculate the layout of web materials more quickly and optimally.

Project goals

PT Sanggar Sarana Baja had three main goals in mind: 1. Implement data management for increased productivity and reduced human error. 2. Manual calculation for production workflow, need visual simulation and calculate the optimum layout. 3. Reduce cost and time for manual strip material layout.

Solution

To support the customer in their project, we delivered Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Collection and Vault Professional, included with professional service and implementation. We conducted workshop, product updates, regular training and monthly visits to make sure the customer is aligned with the roadmap of implementation.
