客户在 Autodesk Inventor 的使用上已经颇有造诣，能够轻松解决工作上的设计问题。但是由于三维设计软件具备太多的关联性，而且配置非常繁杂，完全靠人工效率非常低下，极易造成如下的局面：

东芝在保持文件关联的前提下，可以随意的对 Autodesk Inventor 模型进行重命名和存储位置的移动。 客户需要实现多人的协同设计，能够标准数据的统一放置和设定，最大可能的减少新人的前期配置工作。 另外，也希望能有一个进度表，随时可以查看项目的进展情况；
通过 Autodesk Vault 的管理，数据在配置的项目文件夹里，可以直接重命名或者移动位置而不丢失关联；同时 Autodesk Vault 安装后会在 Autodesk Inventor 里添加一个插件，通过这个插件，需要协同的工程师可以同时打开装配图，但是只编辑自己有权限的部分，然后通过刷新命令也可以实时的看到其他工程师的设计变化，从而避免错误的产生；为了让新人能够快速工作，我们帮客户将所有标准和配置文件都保存在vault中固定的位置，只要下载并使用其中的项目文件和xml文件，所有的配置就完成；最后我们为客户定制了一个报表，可以显示整个项目中所有文件的当前阶段。
