OSCO, a Shapoorji Pallonji subsidiary, is one of the premium construction companies in Oman. OSCO is the leading contractor for the largest mall - Mall of Oman project as well as a one of a kind Museum in Nizwa, developed especially for the late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said. Because of its huge size, the Mall of Oman project faced challenges in MEP structure. As for their Nizwa Museum project, due to many levels and complexities, they faced structural steel challenges.

Project goals

The main goal of OSCO was to: 1. Complete both projects on time with real time approvals. 2. Face less variations in their design and measurements. 3. Better coordinate between teams working on the same projects to reduce errors and improve visualization.

Solution
