However, currently there are still some problems with operational activities and development projects related to the accuracy of supporting documents (drawings/models/documentation). Availability of drawings/models of assets and equipment, suitability of drawings/models to conditions in the field, decentralization and disintegration of drawings/models, drawings that are still not in digital form where they can potentially impact on the difficulty of knowing the existing conditions of the area where development will be carried out, potentially the process will not be optimal inspection and maintenance of equipment, and the lack of centralized management and monitoring of plant image/model repositories (WTP), equipment, assets and company land that do not comply with standards.
In order to meet the business needs as contained in the IS/IT architecture of the Geographical Information System sub-section, a centralization program for the repository of plant image/model data (WTP - Water Treatment Plant), equipment, assets and company land will be implemented in digital form. The output of this program is digitization of plant and equipment drawings, management of digital images/documentation and digitization roadmap. PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri wanted to manage and centralize drawing repository/model of plant, equipment, assets and company land according to ISO BIM 19650 standard.

Live Project On the job coaching guideline step by step will be prepared before the workshop starts which will be adjusted to the applicable workflow and characteristics of the live project to achieve the goals for deliverables (BIM Model, BOM) set in the Live Project (Part of the Deliverable Live Project Scope or The entire scope of the Deliverable Live Project) under the guidance of the Workshop Leader can be carried out independently by the participants within the time limit set for the Live Project on the Job Coaching workshop who have previously attended training and hands on implementation workshops which are prerequisites for participation in the Live Project On the Job Coaching workshops .
