TürkRED as known as Ateş Makina has been successfully serving solutions in many sectors such as the Rubber and Plastic, Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries since 1980. It has been producing “Globoid Worm Gears” since 2011 by doing research on globoid gear production between 2005-2011. They successfully made many solutions for their customers up until today and they continue with this mission.

Project goals

The TürkRED R&D team contacted Autodesk Solution Provider Eras Arnova in order to speed up their manufacturing processes. They wanted to design and document special “Globoid Worm Gear” designs for its customers in the fastest way and get back a selling opportunity. As a result of the detailed meetings with the TürkRED R&D team, the demands were evaluated and the workflows were analyzed. A roadmap was drawn up, and the Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Collection product was introduced by considering customer demands. The Autodesk Inventor product within the Product Design & Manufacturing Collection was preferred for its design capabilities and iLogic solutions.

Solution

At TürkRED, each product is specially designed and produced for its customers. The process required a new design and documentation period for each client. With Autodesk Inventor's iLogic solution, our client created a special interface with iLogic for the company and left all design and documentation to iLogic by simply entering the input values.
