ProCS company was established in 2012. They have completed BIM prestigious projects in Turkey and internationally. A restructuring of hierarchies related to project phases was needed and requested. In addition to this situation, there was a need for internal and external role definitions and project stakeholders to be managed through a single platform. They reached out to the PROTA team for all these requests.
After evaluating the demands and needs of ProCS, the Autodesk Construction Cloud product family was introduced. Various presentations and case studies were delivered. As a result of the meetings, we determined that they wanted to make the documents and design processes manageable in the pre-construction processes. We have clarified that it is their first priority to manage all of these processes from a single platform and to include project stakeholders in this platform. Establishing setups for approved workflows has become one of the primary goals. Effective reporting in processes has also been added to these goals.
