青海省水利水电勘测设计研究院有限公司（以下简称青海水电院），始建于1957年，是青海省内唯一一个集水利水电勘测、规划、设计和科研为一体的综合性勘测设计研究单位，经过六十余年的发展，现已成为地方水利水电勘测、规划、设计和研究的重要力量，也是青海省内设备先进、门类齐全的最大甲级设计单位。青海水电院为进一步提高影响力与竞争力，组建团队进行专项BIM应用，在逐步发展中遇到以下几项问题：数字化团队成立时间较短，团队成员软件应用水平参差不齐；族库、标准化流程尚未建立；缺少示范性项目，项目实施经验少等。
截止2022年5月份，该塔塔棱河水库项目工作已陆续完成。参与该项目的团队成员较之前对软件应用有了更深层次的认识与掌握，对后续BIM应用也打开了新思路。在技术支持方面，我们针对塔塔棱水库项目多次线上线下支持，保证塔塔棱河水库项目的顺利实施。此外，我们还协助客户参加青海省第四届建设工程BIM技术应用大赛，目前结果尚未公示。此次项目应用，为青海水电院之后的水利工程的BIM应用奠定了坚实的基础。
通过此次项目合作，已与客户达成友好合作关系。客户表示对于Autodesk在水利设施行业的解决方案较为满意，希望能进一步应用于项目设计中去，此外并表示BIM团队正在逐步成长，后续如果有机会，希望可以持续提供欧特克水利设施行业解决方案。

客户因参赛需求，今年增购了 Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Collection 与 Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection 软件集，客户属于综合性公司，本次项目包含了地下矿体与巷道、地表选厂、排土场、尾矿库四个部分内容，在这是个内容里面的设备模型、设备动画、设备图纸全部采用 Autodesk Inventor、 Autodesk AutoCAD 等软件做出。客户面临的挑战是： 1、时间紧，客户决定参赛到参赛报名截止日不到两个月； 2、客户基础薄弱，客户这边没有任何三维建模的基础，需要现场培训、学习、运用。 3、此项目是建筑业与制造业相互融合类属性，经验较少； 4、客户参与项目的成员非全部脱产； 5、客户提供的设备图纸及尺寸不完整……
