코어테크 고객사는 2001년에 설립된 기계·조선·자동차·운송장비 업종의 LCD자동화 장비 제조/설치 기업 입니다. PDMC 제품을 검토한 배경은 기존에 도입한 Autodesk Inventor 제품의 버젼 업그레이드가 필요한 상황 이었으며, 현재 도입되는 시스템의 기본 OS가 Windows 10 이고, 시스템 업그레이드시 이전 버젼의 제품을 사용 할 경우 발생하는 문제에 대해 안내하였습니다.

Autodesk PDMC 를 기본 설계 tool 로 제안하였으며, 중심 엔지니어 전체에 대한 도입이 완료 되었습니다. 개별 설계 담당자의 설계 환경을 1:1 로 체크하여 담당자별 요청 사항을 새로운 제품에 반영하여 최적의 업무환경을 구축 하였습니다 기존 제품과 신제품의 기능중 고객사 업무에 필요한 기능 중심으로 전달 하였으며, 안정화 기간후 추가 요청 사항이 있을 경우 교육을 지원하기로 하였습니다.
Autodesk PDMC 2022 제품 도입으로 업무 효율성이 향상되었으며, 각 사용자간 버젼 차이로 인한 문제점들이 해결되었습니다. 또한 단일 버젼 사용으로 업무 전달 방법인 간소화 되었고, 기존 대비 10% 이상의 업무 효율성이 확보되었습니다 차후 신입 사원 입사시 내부 교육시에도 표준화된 tool 을 기준으로 교육이 가능해져서 신입 설계자에 대한 교육의 효율성이 확보되었습니다.
고객의 Autodesk에 대한 신뢰가 있었으며, 과거의 Autodesk Inventor 보다 최신버젼이 가지는 편리한 기능에 대해 설계 담당자들의 요청이 도입에 가장 큰 이유가 되었습니다. 추가로 생산 제품에 대한 설계를 Autodesk Inventor 기반 표준화하여, 설계 data 관리 및 효율적인 업무 공유환경을 구축할 수 있다는 제안에 동의 하여 도입을 결정하게 되었고, 적용 완료하였으며, 프로젝트 완료 후 설계 담당자들의 만족도는 도입 목적을 충분히 달성 되었습니다.
