根据客户目前面临的问题，通过Autodesk Moldflow反应成型的仿真模块，可以帮助客户对产品进行成型仿真，通过以下结果判定产品品质缺陷：
1. 橡胶在型腔内的流动模式，主要关注熔接线和困气位置，这两个问题会影响产品强度；
2. 产品固化过程结果，可以查看橡胶制品在冷却过程中各个位置的固化时间，判断在设定周期内，橡胶制品是否存在硫化反应不充分的位置或者过熟的区域，这两种区域都会影响产品强度和使用寿命；
3. 可以分析模具和设备的加热系统设计是否合理，由于模具温度分布主要影响橡胶硫化程度，可以通过产品瞬态温度变化和平均温度变化，查看产品各处温度是否均匀，从而判断橡胶硫化是否合理。
