This meant that coordination within the Design Team was important and being able to explore and refine ideas through a 3D medium meant we could be assured that our outcomes would be cohesive for the interior and exterior of the building and aligned with the school’s pedagogical practices.

MSC was tasked with the design and construction of a large and complex structure - New Zealand’s largest bulk retail site, a multi-level facility built over unstable ground. Site characteristics include a car park level and fuel station on-site. The structure includes three levels – 1 car park level and 2 shopping levels approximately 40,000 sq/m.
