Success Story

The challenge identified with Rubiq CNC was to upskill the whole engineering team in Autodesk Fusion 360. The issue was that despite having moved to Fusion 360, the team were still using manual machining techniques. In a way, they were all in their comfort zone with manual milling, but we knew we could gain far higher degrees of accuracy and dependability if we used Fusion 360 for Milling.
They did some research on who could provide the training and found Autodesk Solution Provider Graphein International.
The challenges faced included:
• Minimise client rejection rate and associated costs of resupplying replacement products
• Improve quality
• Accelerate lead times
The goal was to gain proficiency in 3-axis milling and lathe programming and to make sure the whole team was working in the same way. This goal was achieved following the 3 days of training delivered by Graphein.
The primary solution deployed was Autodesk Fusion 360 Milling using High-Speed Machining Techniques.
We were impressed with the Rubiq CNC approach to training and they had an entire catalogue of training courses aimed at every aspect of Fusion 360, Essentials, Milling, Turing, Multi-axis Machining and many more.
We booked 3 days of training for our seven team members with the Advanced Manufacturing team at Symetri.
Solutions:
• Post-processor upgrade to enable automation of tapping cycle
• Align post-processor with machine kinematics
• Hardware addition go Floating Tap Collet to eliminate manual inaccuracies
The goals were achieved: Proficiency-Consistency-Accuracy.
Since the training, there has been no confusion among the team about any aspect of the software and the team works in a consistent way.
As a result of the training, the following benefits have been achieved:
• Improved quality
• Higher levels of client satisfaction, now leading to new business opportunities.
"We wanted to make sure our team were all using the software in a consistent fashion, particularly when it came to Milling. Graphein took us through a three day course and we came out with a high degree of confidence that we could take on any project that came our way without hesitation."
- Dan Pruteanu - Manager

Training and Support Client for 3DS Max
The Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania was established in 2001 as an independent higher education institution in Romania, with the aim of providing tertiary education in the Hungarian language. The Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania aims at providing education to the members of our community and performing scientific research on a high professional level. At Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania, we looked for ways to explain and illustrate functionalities in Autodesk 3ds Max for the customer so they can make knowledgeable decisions based on their end user needs.
Revit Implementation at SC Confect Taban SRL to Stay Competitive
SC Confect Taban SRL offers permanent products and services that fully satisfy customers' requirements and put into practice the fundamental principles that promote their trust. A few years ago, SC Confect Taban SRL leadership began seeing an increasing demand for Autodesk Revit-only projects in Romania. That spawned the decision to support the switch to Autodesk Revit and create a team to implement it. “We had to do it.” People with 10 years of AutoCAD experience had to completely change the way they did things. The company took the transition slowly. Mr. Cristian Taban monitored how groups were doing in their adoption.
New Tools at ADN BIROU DE ARHITECTURA SRL with Autodesk 3ds Max
Previously, the ADN BIROU DE ARHITECTURA SRL team did many tasks such as visualizing and simulating data and visually displaying innovative livestock farming opportunities using other software. However, the previous programs proved to be time-consuming for the challenges of the ADN BIROU DE ARHITECTURA SRL.
