Proyecto Renovación Integral - Canal Córdoba - Bogotá Colombia
Para este proyecto, nos enfrentamos a dos desafíos principales. El primero estuvo vinculado al nivel de desarrollo necesario para los objetos incluidos en los modelos, evaluado desde las perspectivas de LOG, LOI, LOA y CDE. La definición de los cuatro niveles delineó un alcance específico del entregable, posibilitando un desarrollo claro y preciso conforme a las expectativas del cliente.El desafío inicial surgió al gestionar la información dentro de los objetos, dada su robustez. Fue necesario establecer una integración entre las herramientas especializadas de Autodesk y las bases de datos generadas como insumos a partir de los requerimientos del cliente. Esta integración permitió establecer un flujo de trabajo coherente para el intercambio de datos dentro de los objetos BIM y su interacción trasladada a modelos en un nivel de desarrollo de LOG 350. Aprovechamos las capacidades de parametrización específicas de Autodesk Inventor, lo cual contribuyó significativamente a la flexibilidad y adaptabilidad de los modelos, permitiendo ajustes precisos según los requisitos del proyecto.El segundo desafío se presentó en la integración de las diversas unidades funcionales, con las correspondientes verificaciones de empalme necesarias para su gestión integrada desde una estructura federada de modelos en el CDE de Autodesk Construction Cloud. Involucramos herramientas como Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D e Inventor. Lograr una integración completa y controlable representó un reto que superamos mediante el uso de la Suite AEC y PDM, aprovechando las funcionalidades específicas de cada software nativo y su capacidad de gestión de parámetros para optimizar el proceso de diseño y desarrollo. Esto minimizó los reprocesos y consolidó un proyecto adecuado para las siguientes etapas.
La implementación de BIM en un proyecto para la universidad el Rosario de Bogotá integrando todas las disciplinas técnicas y arquitectónicas.
Yemail Arquitectura, nos pide un proyecto LOD 400 para la universidad el Rosario de Bogotá, un laboratorio que procuro implementar la metodología BIM al máximo, tanto que decidieron pedir el desarrollo BIM a LOD 400 con cantidades constructivas integradas al modelo un desafío de tiempo y volumen de información, conociendo las ventajas de la implementación de BIM en un proyecto a detalle integrando todas las disciplinas técnicas y arquitectónicas.
Gracias a la metodología BIM y el software de Autodesk se pudo materializar el ahorro y la optimización solicitada por el cliente
Nuestro cliente, GREENSOL, planteo un desafío de tiempo y volumen, conociendo las ventajas de la implementación de BIM en un proyecto de gran magnitud y debido a una exigencia contractual PAVCOL plantea este reto 8000 m2/86111 sqt en edificaciones arquitectura, estructura y MEP más 97000m2/1044100 sqt de espacio público, paisajismo infraestructura y redes.
