Implementación de la AEC Collection de Autodesk en empresa consultora de ingenierias
EPSA LABCO tiene implementado el uso de tecnología BIM para obtener mejoras en el diseño y supervisión de sus diferentes proyectos. Esto se hace incorporando en los procesos de ejecución de la empresa la ejecución y/o transferencia de los proyectos que nos llegan desarrollados en 2D por los diferentes clientes. Se estableció un programa para el uso dentro de nuestra empresa de la plataforma AEC Collection de Autodesk (Revit, NavisWork, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Infraworks, Recap) dado que nos ofrece las herramientas necesarias para desarrollar nuestro flujo de trabajo. El éxito de la implementación del sistema en los proyectos de EPSA LABCO está basado en el desarrollo de un buen plan ejecutivo que define el uso del BIM en todas las etapas de los proyectos. BIM nos ayuda a respaldar mejor las decisiones estratégicas, obtener una mejor previsibilidad a través de una mejor gestión de riesgos y esto da como resultado una metodologíade aterrizaje que nos conduce a mejores resultados operativos.
