К созданию BIM-модели школ для поставленных задач были привлечены несколько проектных организаций, работу которых со стороны Заказчика курировали сотрудники Отдела по Внедрению BIM «BI Construction & Engineering»; Отдел администрирования строительных справочников «BI Group»; GIB Software, разработчика надстроек и плагинов продуктов Autodesk: BIM Inspector-а, надстройки в Revit для автомат. аудита BIM модели, и BIM Cost,-инструмента для оценки стоимости и планирования графиков строительных работ.
