Lieferantenanbindung mit Vault und Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage
Feige FILLING hat sich als Hersteller von Abfüllmaschinen und Abfüllanlagen, Transportsystemen und Lagertechnik zum Technologieführer in der Abfülltechnik entwickelt. Die vorhandene Lieferantenanbindung 1.0 funktionierte grundsätzlich gut. Sobald im ERP eine Bestellung ausgelöst wurde, wurde automatisch in Vault für alle Stücklistenpositionen eine PDF erstellt. Diese wurde in einem ZIP-File gespeichert und auf einem FTP Server dem Lieferanten zur Verfügung gestellt, der dann eine Mail mit dem Link zum FTP Server bekam. Der Nachteil war, dass der Lieferant bei jeder Bestellung immer einen kompletten Zeichnungssatz der Stücklistenpositionen erhielt - auch wenn er diesen bestellten Artikel schon einmal gefertigt hatte. Er musste dann prüfen, ob es Veränderungen bei diesem Artikel gegeben hat und somit ggf. viele Zeichnungen vergleichen, da er bestimmte Arbeitsvorgänge schon in seinem System gespeichert hatte. Es gab auch keine festgelegten Wege für Rückmeldungen vom Lieferanten.
