No tenía que ver tanto la magnitud del proyecto sino la complejidad. Uno de los retos presentes fue calcular el equipo de trabajo que debían estar colaborando y como hacer que esta colaboración fuese eficiente, prácticamente un tercio de Oxigeno trabajaba exclusivamente para el proyecto. Donde participaba gente subcontratada para las diferentes ingenierías como estructural, mecánica, eléctrica, geotecnia, etc.En ese momento Oxigeno trabajaba con una red interna la cual les facilitaba un poco la colaboración, ya que este proyecto se desarrolló cien por ciento en Autodesk Revit, en ese entonces Oxigeno solo contaba con las licencias más sencillas de Revit, aun no adquirían ni abordaban todo el tema colaborativo con BIM 360 en las licencias AEC de Autodesk.Se podría decir que el proyecto HDI marco un antes y un después para Oxigeno sobre el nivel y el alcance que podrían tener dentro de un proyecto y las herramientas que necesitaban para poder llevarlo a cabo.
