BIM 360 Next GEN - Migrating a Large Project to the Cloud

In this class you will learn how to migrate a large and complex project into the BIM 360 Next Gen Platform. The Clean Energy Project - Site-C is a $10.6 Billion Dam and Generating Station Facility that is complex and staged into many contracts with a completion date of approximately summer 2024, we are in In year 4 of 8 of the engineering design process and as new contracts get awarded, the design team is expanding into more companies and offices in different cities and countries. The need for a connected process has always been a high priority and now we have the tool to help us achieve this. Attendees will learn how to plan and execute the migration which includes upgrading 130+ files and a team of 130 people that is growing on a regular basis.
